Terms of Use for Ludo Cat

These terms apply to Ludo Cat (“the game”), made by Kali Ink Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Kali Ink”). By playing you agree to them, and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If the two differ, these terms apply where Apple’s agreement allows.

1. The Game

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, except as the law allows.

2. Coins and Cats

  • Coins are earned by playing, by choosing to watch an ad to double a win’s coins, or bought in coin packs. Coins and cats are a licence to use virtual items inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
  • Coin packs are consumable: once bought, they are added to your wallet and the purchase is complete. Payments, refunds and purchase history are handled by Apple; refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Your wallet is saved on your device only. Deleting the game, or resetting or losing the device, loses the coins and cats on it, and we cannot restore them.
  • We may change prices, rewards and items in updates. We will not take away coins or cats you already have, except to correct an error or a breach of these terms.

3. Ads

The game shows an ad only when you ask for one. The reward is given only when the ad network confirms the ad was watched; if an ad fails to load or is closed early, there is no reward.

4. Fair Play

Do not modify the game, its saves or its purchases to obtain coins or items you did not earn or buy.

5. No Warranty

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of virtual items. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Playing after a change means you accept it.
