Privacy Policy for Ludo Cat

Kali Ink Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Kali Incorporated”) built Ludo Cat as a free game with optional in-app purchases and optional rewarded ads. This page explains what information the game handles, why, and the choices you have.

What Stays on Your Device

Ludo Cat has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your coins, the cats you own, your best scores, your settings and any game in progress are saved only on your device. We never receive them. Deleting the game deletes them.

Advertising

The game shows an ad only when you choose to watch one, to double the coins a won game earned. There are no banner ads and no ads that open by themselves.

These ads are served by Google AdMob. To show and measure an ad, Google may collect information from your device, including:

  • device and app information: model, operating system version, language and the app’s identifier;
  • your IP address and the approximate location it implies;
  • how you interact with the ad: whether it was shown, watched and tapped;
  • the advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when the game asks.

If you do not allow tracking, ads are still shown but are not personalised using the advertising identifier. In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent through Google’s consent form before any ad loads, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also turn tracking off in your device’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

In-App Purchases

Coin packs are bought through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never receive your card details, your name or your Apple ID. The game receives only a confirmation that the purchase was made, which it stores on your device so the same purchase is never credited twice.

Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics service of our own. Apart from Google AdMob as described above, the game does not share information with third parties.

Children’s Privacy

Ludo Cat is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

Your Rights

Under data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA) you have rights over your personal data. Because we hold no information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, transfer or delete. For information collected by Google for advertising, use the choices above or Google’s own controls at myadcenter.google.com.

To delete your local game data, uninstall the app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
